Precision Factory Flow

Disciplined Apparel Production from Yarn to Export Boxing

At Lakhan Sports, manufacturing is an integrated, multi-stage discipline. We turn tech packs into durable, performance-driven sportswear through calibrated cutting, reinforced industrial stitching, vibrant printing, and rigorous quality inspection.

Stage 01

1. Design & Tech Pack Review

Every production run begins with in-depth evaluation of your tech pack or reference garment. Our merchandising team analyzes stitch types, seam placements, vector graphic placements, and sizing grade rules.

If you don't possess a completed tech pack, our team can work from your high-resolution mockups, photographs, or physical reference samples to draft technical specifications.

2. Fabric & Material Sourcing

Fabric selection defines athletic performance. We collaborate with approved textile knitting and dyeing mills in Pakistan to source target yarn compositions: moisture-wicking poly meshes, 4-way stretch interlocks, French terry cottons, and weather-resistant softshells.

All fabric lots are checked for GSM consistency, shrinkage tolerance, color fastness, and stretch recovery before releasing to cutting tables.

3. Pattern Making & Sampling

Master pattern makers develop graded digital patterns tailored to your sizing chart (US, EU, or Asian standards). Pre-production samples are assembled to evaluate real-world drape, athletic movement, and construction accuracy.

Sampling enables international buyers to approve fabric hand-feel, fit, and logo execution prior to initiating bulk cutting.

4. Precision Cutting & Assembly

Bulk fabric rolls are layered and rested to relieve tension before precision cutting. Industrial cutting equipment follows digital markers to minimize fabric waste and achieve zero dimensional variance.

Garments are assembled on modern multi-needle machines: flatlock stitching for zero-chafe athletic tops, 4-thread overlock for stretch seams, and reinforced bartacking at stress points.

5. Printing, Sublimation & Embroidery

Our customization facility accommodates full digital sublimation printing using imported non-fading inks for vivid teamwear graphics that will never crack or peel.

For streetwear and lifestyle apparel, we offer high-density screen printing, puff prints, direct-to-garment (DTF), and multi-head computerized embroidery for 3D raised club crests.

6. Quality Inspection & Export Boxing

Each unit passes an end-line inspection station where dedicated checkers verify measurements against tech pack tolerances, inspect stitch tension, trim loose threads, and verify logo alignment.

Garments are steam pressed, fitted with your custom brand labels and hangtags, individually polybagged, and packed into heavy-duty 7-ply export cartons ready for overseas freight.
